Hello! My name is Lisa Din and I’m currently an Animation senior at the Cleveland Institute of Art, set to graduate this May in 2026. When not at school, I live in Northern Virginia (think Washington D.C. or Richmond) with my Mom, Dad, and Little Sister. In my free time, I like to read, play video games (Minecraft & Cult of the Lamb), hang out with friends, and watch movies / YouTube videos of various genres.

I want to intern at GCFC because I believe it’s good for animation students to get experience in the media production industry, even if isn’t specifically art focused.  Additionally, I’m hoping to learn how to work together with a team of those who have more experience than me or those just starting out like myself.  

My greatest professional career aspiration is to be a Story Artist, whether that be in narrative productions or commercial advertising. However, after working 5-10 years in mainstream production, I would like to become a freelance and self-sustaining artist, taking commissions and helping others produce projects at my own rates.
