FILMSKILLS ONLINE TRAINING
FilmSkills is our exclusive, licensed online training program, featuring over 150 leading Hollywood filmmakers. Learn what it takes to work in the film industry, from being a Production Assistant to finding the department you want to work in.
Courses start at just $79.00 per course.
Trainees will receive certification in the GCFC Beginner Film Readiness Program upon successful completion of the first three courses: Getting Started in the Film Industry, On Set Safety, and Locations Department. Advanced certifications can also be earned within specialized departments.
Certifications can also be listed under registered profiles in the GCFC Crew & Vendor Database.

AFCI University, Location Management 101
The first course developed collaboratively by the Association of Film Commissioners International (AFCI) and the Location Managers Guild International (LMGI).
