Full-Time Equipment Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for the operation and supervision of the School of Film and Media Arts (FMA) equipment facility including acquisitions, documentation, cataloging, housing, archive, use, testing, preservation, disposition, maintenance, and general oversight. Serves as system administrator for the online circulation management system, provides technical support and upkeep. Oversees the inventory and circulation, of production and portable computer equipment and resources maintained by FMA to meet the needs of FMA curriculum, faculty, students, and staff. Hires, trains, and supervises student staff. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Part-time, Single Term Instructor

Job Summary: The School of Film and Media Arts in the College of Arts & Sciences invites applications for part-time single-term instructors to teach film & media production courses in our undergraduate program.

The University is opening this posting for the purposes of establishing a pool of candidates, from which to select part-time instructor candidates.

Throughout the academic year, individuals may be contacted by the department to further discuss positions available, on an as-needed, semester-by-semester basis.

Service as a part-time single-term instructor does not accrue tenure rights. Part-time single-term instructors serve by the mutual agreement expressed in each successive contract executed and are engaged to teach at the convenience of the university.

A part-time single-term instructor shall not have teaching responsibilities exceeding nine credit hours per semester and no other responsibilities such as to accrue to full-time faculty.
