PHOTOGRAPHER
Job Responsibilities:
- Light, style, and photograph Ecomm product according to established Arhaus creative direction and lighting standards.
- Photograph company events, ceremonies, environmental portraits, etc. when required to support cross functional and partner initiatives
- Maintain an efficient workflow to ensure the completion of the daily production requirements
- Digital asset management; file naming, organizing, and archival of image capture sessions
- Maintain a high standard of quality for all deliverables in support of the Photography Manager
- Create and maintain documentation of Standard Operating Procedures
- Direct the Photography Assistant and/or Stylist on set
- Training and facilitating of freelance photographers and photo assistants
- Coordinate with Production and Operations personnel to ensure the timely movement of product, props, and assets on and off set safely and efficiently
- Lift and move heavy furniture and photography equipment

PHOTOGRAPHIC RETOUCHER
Arhaus is seeking a Photo Retoucher who is a highly trained individual that specializes in image manipulation and color correction within the creative industry. This role will work on the retouching and color management of images for a range of marketing materials, including ecommerce photography.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Retouch environment, silhouette and editorial photography for Arhaus.com and other Marketing projects as needed, including, but not limited to, compositing, clipping, color correcting, object removal and alteration all while using non-destructive photo manipulation and retouching techniques.
- Collaborate with Post-Production Manager, fellow Retouchers, and Art Directors to create high-quality retouched imagery for Web, Catalog & Marketing use.
- Work with Marketing teams to provide efficient, high quality visual solutions.
- Stay up to date on brand standards via Web, Catalog & Marketing style guides and ensure all imagery adheres to those standards.
- Deliver consistent, color accurate images.
- Prioritize and execute responsibilities efficiently.
- Efficiently handle multiple projects at once.

SENIOR PHOTO RETOUCHER
Arhaus is seeking a Senior Photo Retoucher who is a highly trained individual that specializes in image manipulation and color correction within the creative industry. This role will work on the retouching and color management of images that will appear in a range of marketing materials, with a primary focus on ecommerce photography. This elevated position will also support some leadership responsibilities, aligning new and old processes and providing subject expertise to help improve existing systems.

- Work with Internal and External teams to produce guidance documentation, aligning new workflow development to integrate with existing systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise in decision making for planning and process refinement.

Arhaus is seeking a Specialist, Content Creator to assist with the planning and execution of compelling and entertaining content that builds our brand, engages our communities, and drives measurable business impact. Reporting to the Lead, Content, this team member is a content creator and creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and has the drive and passion for creating elevated content at scale for both paid and owned channels. This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, OH.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create high quality content for digital channels that fuels top-of-funnel growth, builds brand equity, and helps create consumer trust
- Translate brand priorities, seasonal campaigns and product stories into clear content ideas, messaging, and assets that can be used across owned and paid channels
- Support photo/video productions, including putting together shot lists and assisting in on-set coordination
- Adapt content across formats while ensuring consistency and attention to detail
- Assist with content calendars and asset organization
- Ensure a consistent brand voice, elevated aesthetic and editorial quality across all platform assets and channels
- Collaborate with Creative, Partnerships, Growth and Retention teams to ensure content performs and accomplishes broader marketing objectives across acquisition, engagement and retention and amplifies content storytelling

PAID SOCIAL, DISPLAY & VIDEO SPECIALIST
Arhaus is searching for a Specialist, Paid Social, Display & Video, responsible for managing our end-to-end paid social, display and video channels. In this highly data-driven, analytical role, this team member will own the strategy, creative, execution, reporting, and optimization to drive profitable growth across Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, CTV and other emerging channels. Reporting to the Manager, Growth Marketing, this team member is both a strategic data-driven thinker and a compelling storyteller, with the ability to translate big data sets into clear, actionable insights. This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, OH.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform day-to-day campaign planning, best-in-class execution, and optimization to deliver sales and ROI targets, as well as other primary channel objectives
- Continuously track and report on performance, identifying key wins and proactively acting upon learnings to advise future campaigns and strategies, maximizing results
- Manage in platform activation for campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, CTV, etc, optimizing targeting, budgets, creative, landing page strategies, etc
- Coordinate creative development work streams and creative briefing, defining ad creative strategy and partnering closely with internal and external teams to develop and iterate
- Stay on top of industry and platform trends, identifying innovative ways to evolve our social, display, and video strategies to grow audiences and acquire new customers
- Build and maintain campaign roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seasonal priorities
- Analyze data and translate insights into strategy, sharing performance updates and recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
