Venue Operations Coordinator

Position Overview: CIFF is seeking a Venue Operations Coordinator to support the Venue Operations Team by training and supervising Venue Managers and associated volunteers alongside the Venue Operations Manager. The Venue Operations team are primarily responsible for the attendee experience – including ticket scanning, seating, safety, and accessibility offerings – at screening events across Cleveland (like film screenings, panels, industry events, receptions, and lounges). Position Overview: CIFF is seeking a team of Projectionists for screen operations at all CIFF screening sites. Projectionists are organized, self-sufficient, and technologically-proficient DCP projectionist with advanced technical working knowledge of film and video exhibition who will execute booth operations in collaboration with the Projection Manager and Programming Manager at Festival events across Cleveland (like film screenings, panels, industry events, receptions, and lounges).
