CLEVELAND — TV Chef Gordon Ramsay of “Hell’s Kitchen” fame has been spotted in Northeast Ohio after making a stop at the Fahrenheit restaurant in Cleveland. The restaurant’s Facebook and Instagram accounts shared a picture Tuesday that shows Fahrenheit’s owner -- Chef Rocco Whalen -- in a group photo with Chef Ramsay himself.
