About This Event

This free ticketed OGTTM event is one of 250+ statewide screenings showcasing Ohio’s contributions in the film industry in front of and behind the camera. Times may vary. Contact the venue/location for details and tickets.

Passing Through (1977) is a landmark L.A. Rebellion independent film directed by Larry Clark that follows Eddie Warmack, a jazz saxophonist recently released from prison who fights to regain his artistic integrity. He resists a exploitative, white-controlled music industry, aiming to form an artist-owned collective with his mentor, Poppa Harris.

Ohio Goes To The Movies is a statewide celebration of movies showcasing Ohioans: actors, directors, writers, composers, locations, and topic, shown in cities and towns across the state.
