In this hands-on, on-camera workshop, actors will experience the realities of being on set from the moment you’re called to work. Led by director Tom Nagel, this immersive session pulls back the curtain on what separates prepared professionals from actors who struggle once the camera is rolling.
Participants will rotate through real-world on-set scenarios, including:
- Taking and adjusting to direction in the moment
- Handling last-minute script and blocking changes
- Understanding continuity and why it matters
- Receiving, processing, and implementing notes in real time
- Learning how framing works—and how to subtly adjust your performance for different shots
Join us for 3 hours of active, practical experience designed to build confidence, adaptability, and set awareness so you can walk onto any set knowing how to do the job well.
