Our instructor, Steve Shermett, has booked national television shows, and has shared the screen with many famous faces. By mastering these acting essentials, you will be well on your way to your career in this industry! Over the session, this class will focus on everything you need to know to start marketing yourself as an actor, the promotional materials you need, how to acquire an agent, find auditions and get connected in the industry. There will be a heavy focus on script analysis and how to audition for the role. In every script you read, the writer has given you a road map with every word they’ve put on the page. Without the knowledge of how to truly dissect the script and interpret what the writer is asking for, you are going into an audition blind. Everything you need to know is on the page, let us help you know what to look for.
