Join the GCFC for our signature Production Assistant Workshop! The Production Assistant (PA) is an essential part of every feature film and TV set.
The GCFC will take you step-by-step through a day on the set of Air Force One (which filmed in Cleveland!) to learn the skills to build a career in the local film industry.
Northeast Ohio-native and industry LEGEND David Lester, Production Manager, Producer, and Second Unit Director, will join us for this in-depth look at the entry-level position of Production Assistant. David is best known for his work on Star Wars: A New Hope, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, TRON, The Black Stallion, Broadcast News, Bull Durham, In the Line of Fire, The Shawshank Redemption, Air Force One, Serenity and more!
