CLEVELAND, Ohio — Growing up in North Royalton, David Joseph Craig’s fascination with film began in the late ‘90s at the newly opened SouthPark Mall movie theater.
Now nearly three decades later, the actor (“Boy Erased,” “The Gift,” “Permission”) is making his mark as a screenwriter and director.
Along with his husband, Brian Crano, the 2000 North Royalton High School graduate co-wrote and co-directed the new horror comedy film “I Don’t Understand You,” which opens in theaters on Friday, June 6.
